Well, I've been working on the same project from months trying to figure out an effective workflow. I started in 3ds Max, went to Mudbox, now I'm in Topogun, then I'll go to back to 3ds Max for UVWs, then back to Mudbox for more sculpting/painting/posing....it's taking forever!!!

As my asian buddy would tell me " Add Oil " ( essentially means - add more gas to your engine ie whatever you need to work harder )

sorry haha >.< I think putting the clothes on top is just a much easier way to get the figure proportionally right :)

I have to ask. Did you dress the naked figure (put clothes on top)? Or did you sculpt the clothes out of the original form?
