Base mesh for Hatsune Miku. I used dynamesh to quickly blob something out in zbrush, switched to 3dcoat to retopo and back to zbrush for final adjustments.

This is ready to sculpt on now.

did you auto retopo in 3d coat?

No, not autoretopo. Theres nothing wrong with it, you can if you like :) I prefer to have slightly more control over where my density is. It saves having to simply keep subdividing just because some area is not as dense as you would like it to be.

You export from 3dcoat using export topology. If you export as a obj - sure you import into maya!
