While I work on her, she's on display in the case at my workplace (I work at a game store) and I get a LOT of comments on her. Everyone just totally falls in love with the mini as soon as they see it. They always want to ask who made it, where they can buy one, etc.
But one of the other big things that gets brought up a lot is how absolutely wonderful your grasp of the female form is. Your women are actually shaped like women-this is a problem a LOT of other miniatures lack. Typically, in the miniature industry, women get ridiculous boobs that blossom out of their necks and look ridiculous, and they rarely actually have any kind of graceful form to them. They look awkward. But your models definitely do not suffer from this. Your ladies are also not rail thin and ridiculous; they have a little meat on them (you can actually see where their clothing/armor digs into their sides or thighs a little bit-and this is realistic and I love it), and as a woman, I really like seeing this, especially in the miniature industry that woefully depicts women in a terrible fashion.
So in short, this is basically a love letter to you telling you how absolutely wonderful your sculpts are, and how much I love the way your ladies look, and from all the comments I hear at work about the model, I am definitely not alone on that.
My wife also says the ladies look like real woman, not as those fantasy/scfi boob monsters of the other sculpters.
I'm also in for a desk-version of this (and all the others mini from you for KD) mini. Some are available in 54mm scale, not as big as they should be, but ok.
Oh and here is my painted 54mm White Speaker: [link] *adds off*
